1. Open an Office application (i.e. Word, Excel, etc)

2. Click FILE then Account

3. At the right-hand panel click Update Options (beside Office Updates)

4. If updates are disabled, enable it by clicking Enable Updates

5. Click Update Options again then click Update Now

6. Reboot PC once update is done

If there is no Update Options button available:

1. Open Add or Remove Programs (Start > Control Panel, and then double-click Add or Remove Programs)

2. Click Installed Updates at the left-hand panel

3. Search for the Office 2013 Update (KB 3085566)

4. Right click it and then Uninstall

5. Reboot the PC

6. Download and install the update in: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2986219

7. reboot the PC.
